Full-Flake Epoxy Flooring – Ultra

Each of our Ultra Coating Systems incorporates a broadcast of ¼” polyvinyl acetate (PVA) thermoplastic flake blends in a full-flake spread. The blends come in 12 colors of mixed beige, brown, gray, silver, white and black chips.  Black Canyon, Chestnut, Gold Canyon, Quartzite and Silver Butte blends are just some of the available options.  Like all our full-flake epoxy flooring, the Ultra starts with a thick 100%-solids, moisture-mitigating primer coat. Before the primer cures, we broadcast your selected flake blend into the primer. Because the coating is so thick (not wafer-thin like “1-day” coatings), the flakes are properly embedded, allowing for a thorough sanding the following day (…so your socks don’t catch). We then finish with the application of two clear 100%-solids polyaspartic top coats (not 1). The end result is thick (35 mils-plus) flooring that’s as beautiful and it is functional. So durable, it’s warranted for as long as you own your home.
